Lisa embarked on her professional journey as a Physiotherapist at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, showcasing her commitment to healthcare and patient well-being.

 

In 2010, Lisa transitioned to Device Technologies, marking the beginning of a long and impactful association with the company. Her initial role as a Product Specialist in the robotics space laid the foundation for her ascent within the organisation. Lisa's commitment to excellence and her deep understanding of the intricacies of the robotics field saw her progress through various roles, ultimately reaching the position of General Manager – Robotics in July 2020. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in steering the company's robotics initiatives, contributing significantly to Device Technologies' presence in the surgical and hospital sectors.

 

Lisa's extensive experience and knowledge in the robotics space make her a valuable asset to the organisation. Her journey from a Product Specialist to handling Product and Business Management roles in robotics is a testament to her expertise and adaptability in the rapidly evolving field of surgical technology.

 

In July 2023, Lisa’s contributions and leadership were recognised as she was promoted to the senior leadership team as the Director of Sales – Surgical & Hospital. This elevation reflects not only her individual achievements but also the integral role she plays in steering Device Technologies toward continued success in the surgical and hospital sectors. Her unique blend of clinical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills positions Lisa as an influential figure within the organisation and the broader healthcare industry.
